This document outlines the terms and conditions of the warranty coverage provided to customers who have purchased flooring installation services from us. At Atlanta’s Best Epoxy, we are committed to providing high-quality flooring installation services, and this warranty is designed to give you peace of mind knowing that your investment is protected. The warranty coverage period for flooring installation services provided by Atlanta’s Best Epoxy is 5 Years. This period begins on the date of installation completion and extends for a duration of 5 Years from that date. During this coverage period, we will repair or replace any defective workmanship, or materials related to the flooring installation.
Atlanta’s Best Epoxy shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the warranty services provided, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or inconvenience. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective workmanship or materials covered under this warranty.
If you need to make a claim under this warranty, please contact Atlanta’s Best Epoxy immediately to schedule an inspection of the affected area. Our technicians will assess the issue and determine the appropriate course of action to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
As the warranty holder, it is your responsibility to properly maintain the installed flooring according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Failure to do so may void the warranty coverage provided by Atlanta’s Best Epoxy. Please keep records of maintenance tasks performed on the flooring for reference.
This warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the property where the flooring installation services were provided. To transfer the warranty, please contact Atlanta’s Best Epoxy with the new owner's details and proof of transfer of property ownership.
This warranty is governed by the laws of Georgia, and any disputes arising from the interpretation or enforcement of this warranty shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Georgia.
Any disputes related to this warranty shall be resolved through arbitration conducted in Atlanta, Georgia. Both parties agree to abide by the decision of the arbitrator as final and binding.
